Although every care is taken to ensure the quality of our products if in the unlikely event that you find your products arrive in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact us immediately to request a return or complete the form below. All authorised returns must be sent to the address below and please inform us the goods have been dispatched.

A refund may be issued if the products are returned within 28 days of the dispatch date to the returns address below with a valid returns confirmation.
Missing Parcels or Products

Unless you are otherwise notified of delay of Delivery, if you do not receive goods within 7 Days, please email email@example.com, or call 01 847 3535, we will not be liable for any loss should you fail to do this.
Cancellations and Refunds
Your order may be cancelled at anytime up to 14 days after your products have been delivered. We will require an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) stating your order number and the reason for the cancellation. Goods can be returned within 7 days, provide they are unopened and package is in new condition.
If the Goods have already been dispatched then you must return the products to us at your own expense.
The products should be in a reasonable condition when returned.
You cannot return or cancel your order if you have opened the product packaging or the products have been used. Your statutory rights will remain unaffected.
